Privacy Policy

1.    DELIVERY

It is the responsibility of the CLIENT to collect the vehicle from the seller’s yard at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H9JQ; after making the full payment to seller. Seller should be able to confirm receipt of full payment, before releasing the vehicle to CLIENT.

If client request GSATUK Ltd to deliver the vehicle to desired location, it can be arranged for an agreed transport price. Delivery may be handled by GSATUK Ltd drivers or any other transport company. If is vehicle delivered without prior inspection from client, GSATUK Ltd will not accept any complaints, claims or returns from client.

2.     ACCEPTANCE BY CLIENT

Should the CLIENT fail to accept delivery of and pay for the goods within seven days of the date of Sales Contract, the SELLER shall be at liberty to treat the contract as repudiated by the CLIENT and thereupon the deposit (if any) shall be forfeited without prejudice to the SELLER's right to recover from the CLIENT by way of damages any loss or expense which the SELLER may suffer or incur by reason of the CLIENT's default.  Seller has the right to charge storage fees if client does not collect the vehicle after 7 days of the completion of the transaction.

3.    CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES

GSATUK Ltd does not issue or recommend any warranty schemes for used vehicles. However, GSATUK Ltd can facilitate CLIENT to purchase Autoguard Warranty, based on the discretion of the customer.

4.    INSURANCE

The SELLER is not responsible for, and in no way guarantees the provision of insurance cover for any kind of motor vehicle described herein notwithstanding a request by the CLIENT to assist, and having assisted, in arranging such cover. It is entirely client’s responsibility to arrange insurance prior to driving.

5.     ROAD TAX

If the vehicle does not enjoy valid road tax licence, it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain road tax licence before start driving the vehicle on public roads.

6.    CONDITION OF VEHICLE

In respect of any dispute regarding the condition or state of repair of the motor vehicle, the CLIENT will give the SELLER a reasonable opportunity to effect necessary repairs before invoking the provisions of clause 7 hereof.

7.    DISPUTES

Any dispute or difference of any kind howsoever arising between the CLIENT and the SELLER shall be referred to a single arbitrator to be agreed between the parties or the CLIENT can make their complaint to GSATUK Ltd Head Office;    CLIENT COMPLAINTS, GSATUK LTD,71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ.

8.    RESERVATION OF TITLE

Title to and property in the goods shall remain with the SELLER and shall not pass to the CLIENT until the purchase price has been discharged in full.

9.     ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Please note GSATUK Ltd operates a Zero Tolerance policy and any act of violence against any member of staff will be reported to police immediately.
